Snow Fun

Here's some Snow Fun. It's about all the fun I had in snow last year. By this point, up north had about 4 feet. But--these pictures are in KS--and a couple weeks after this (in January)--they were snowed in for about a week and a half with about 2 feet of snow. After this fun--I returned up north--where I got to learn the severe effects of Vit D deficiency--not fun at ALL!!! Let's just say, I need the sun!

My niece (the younger one in the pink coat) finally started having fun with snow on this outing :) She learned how to make snow angels (and proceeded for the next couple weeks to walk outside and fall into the snow to make a snow angel--stopping no matter where she was! It got kind of hard once the snow was taller than she was!), learned how to shovel the snow with her toy shovel, and learned how much fun it is to throw snow on others--and even how fun it can be to have snow thrown on yourself (well, most of the time). Most of the pictures of her with handfuls of snow and a mischeivous (sp?) grin was when she was trying to throw snow on me :)
